Printing Invoice within Racquet Record™

When a racquet is “Active” and finished you can print an invoice three (3) different ways.

  1. When the racquet stringing is finished clicking in the “Out” field will place today’s date in that field.  Do not click outside this field.  If you do the racquet will be “Archived” and the invoice will need to be printed from the “Archived” tab.

To “Print Invoice” click on the  “Print Invoice” button.  The “Print Yes No” dialog will appear.  Clicking the “Yes” option will bring up your printer dialog box.  Click “Print”.  At this time the “Worksheet” will begin to print.

The “Invoice Date OK” will appear with today’s date.  You can change the date or accept it or click “OK “ to accept the date.  Your printer dialog box will appear.  Click “Print” to proceed.

This procedure will print both the “Worksheet and Invoice”.

2.  When a racquet is “Active” and finished and the “Out” box is blank click on the “Print Invoice” button.  The “Invoice Date OK” will appear with today’s date.

Click “OK”.  Your printer dialog box will appear.

Click “OK” to print the Invoice with today’s date.

This procedure will not “Archive” the racquet or place an “Out” date in the worksheet and therefore will not print a date on the racquet tag.

3.  When a racquet is “Archived” you can print an Invoice simply by clicking on the “Print Invoice” button next to the “Archived” racquet.

When printing an “Archived” racquet the date it was archived will be placed in the “Print Date OK” dialog box.  You can accept that date or change it to your desired date.
